Bike Appointments

Service Description

Dartmouth Bikes' services use DASH Discretionary only (you can add funds and manage your account through the GET Mobile app). We do not accept any other form of payment. The marked price is only our half hourly rate. If your bike takes longer or shorter than the scheduled appointment time, we will adjust the price of labor accordingly! Dartmouth Bikes has a team of trained mechanics that will be happy to get your bike back in working condition. As a Dartmouth Sustainability Office program, we are not interested in making a profit, so we only charge the bare minimum for repairs! For reference, professional bike shops charge double our rate. Our hope is to help create a campus that has a lively bike culture, and we constantly think of ways to reduce bike waste and serve the community. Please click on the "Location" tab of the "About" section in the top menu for a photo of where to meet us for the appointment. The shop is located in the basement of Fahey Hall along Tuck Drive.

Cancellation Policy

IMPORTANT: Please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment if you would like to cancel! In the event that you do not show up without letting us know, you will be charged the appointment fee, since this time slot could have been utilized by another student.
