Picking up a bike: - Switching your rental out for a loaner - Had an appointment that we needed to keep for a bit - Bought a bike from us that needed some work Dropping off: - Rental bike/loaner - Donation - Return a sale you didn't like

Cancellation Policy

IMPORTANT: Please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment if you would like to cancel! In the event that you do not show up without letting us know, you will be charged the appointment fee, since this time slot could have been utilized by another student.
